Terms of use

Version 1.0 — in force from 24 August 2026. These terms govern this website and everything the platform behind it does for you. Read them before you buy; buying says you accept them.

1. Who we are

This service is provided by UniSoftCo, CUIT 20190932584, with registered address at Esmeralda, Buenos Aires, ARGENTINA, trading as UniSoftCo. Write to us at info@unisoftco.com; anything about misuse of the service goes to abuse@unisoftco.com.

2. What these terms cover

Three things at once, because they are one service: this website, the administration panel you are given, and every website, server, mailbox and addon we run for you. Where you have also accepted the Service Agreement at payment, that agreement governs what you bought and these terms govern how you may use it. Where the two disagree about the same question, the Service Agreement wins.

3. Who may use it

You must be eighteen or older, or have the written consent of whoever is responsible for you. Everything you tell us — your name, your address, your company — must be true, and you must keep it true.

Your account is yours to guard. Anything done with your credentials is treated as done by you until you tell us they were taken. Tell us the moment you suspect it.

4. What you are responsible for

Everything you publish, upload, send or store through us, and everything the people you give access to publish through you. We do not read your content before it appears and we are not its author. That is the ordinary position in law, and it is also the truth about how the software works.

5. What may not be published or done here

This is the part to read twice. None of the following is allowed on anything we host, run, send or serve for you — not as a business, not as a page, not as an advertisement, not as a link, and not as encouragement to somebody else:

• Gambling — casinos, betting, lotteries, raffles, sports books, prediction markets played for money, and any page that takes stakes or sends readers to one.
• Pornography and sexual content — pornography of any kind, prostitution and escort services, adultery, and any call or introduction service for either. Sexual material involving a minor is not a rule of ours to enforce or to forgive: it is reported to the authorities and the account is closed the moment it is found.
• Drugs — narcotics and psychoactive substances, their sale, their manufacture, the equipment for taking them, and instructions for making them.
• Alcohol — its sale, its promotion, and advertising for it.
• Tobacco — cigarettes and tobacco in every form, vaping and nicotine products, their sale and their promotion.
• Trade in human beings — trafficking, forced labour, servitude, smuggling of persons, the sale of organs, and any listing that offers a person for anything.
• Violence and bullying — threats, incitement to violence, harassment of a person or a group, publishing somebody's private details to set others on them, and material praising or recruiting for terrorism or armed extremism.
• Racism and discrimination — hatred, contempt or exclusion aimed at people for their race, colour, ethnicity, nationality, religion, language, sex, disability or age.
• Weapons — buying or selling firearms, ammunition, parts, explosives, and instructions for making any of them.
• Illegal trade in animals — protected and endangered species and their parts, trafficking of any live animal against the law, and material showing or promoting cruelty to animals.
• Misuse of the service — bulk or unsolicited email sent to people who did not ask for it, phishing, malware, spyware, credential stuffing, scanning, cryptocurrency mining, any attempt to break into or overload our systems or anybody else's, deliberate consumption of resources beyond what you bought, and any use that puts our addresses or our standing as a sender at risk.
• Crime and deception in general — fraud, money laundering, counterfeit goods, pirated software and media, unlicensed financial or medical services, false documents, and anything that infringes somebody else's trade mark, copyright or privacy.

Beyond that list, nothing may be published here that breaks the law of the Argentine Republic, the law of the country you or your readers are in, the sanctions and export rules that apply to us, or the international instruments Argentina is party to — among them the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, and the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime with its protocol on trafficking in persons.

The list is not a limit on our judgement. It names what is plainly refused; a use that no rule names but is dishonest, abusive or dangerous is refused on the same footing.

6. What happens when this rule is broken

We may stop the service at once. Not after a warning, not after a period to put it right, and not only for the page at fault — the whole service, if that is what stopping it requires.

You will be told that it has been stopped, and you will not be told why in detail. We say plainly why we work that way: describing exactly what was found, and how, tells whoever did it how to do it again where we cannot see, and some of what we find is evidence in a matter that is no longer ours. You may reply in writing, and we will look at the decision once more; what is decided after that is ours to decide.

No money is returned for a service stopped because this section was broken — not for the remainder of a period, not for work already done, and not for anything bought alongside it. That is a consequence of your breach and not a charge for a service; your rights as a consumer under section 12 are untouched by it.

We may also keep what we found, hand it to a court or an authority where the law requires it, and report a crime. Where the law lets us tell you that we did, we will.

7. Your content, and ours

What you publish stays yours. To host it, serve it, back it up, move it between our servers and show it to your readers we need your permission to do exactly those things, and you give it for as long as we are serving you. It ends when your service ends, except for backups still inside their retention window.

The software, this website, its designs, its documentation and its pictures are ours. You are licensed to use the software while you pay for it; you may not copy it, resell it, rent it out or take it apart.

8. What we promise, and what we do not

We work to keep the service running and to repair what breaks. We do not promise that it will never stop, that it will never lose a request, or that it will suit a purpose you have not told us about. Maintenance happens, and we announce it when we can.

Parts of the service belong to other companies — the domain registrar, the payment gateway, the mail relay, the server provider. We choose them with care and we answer for our own work; we cannot answer for theirs.

9. Money

What you buy, what it costs, when it renews and when it is delivered are in the Service Agreement, which you accept at the moment you pay.

10. Limits of liability

Where the law allows a limit, ours is what you paid us in the twelve months before the event. We are not liable for profits you did not make, business you did not win, or data you did not keep a copy of. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for gross negligence, or for anything the law does not permit us to limit — including your rights as a consumer.

If somebody sues us over what you published, you cover what it costs us.

11. Changes

These terms may change. The text published on this page is the one that applies, and its version and date are at the top. A change that materially affects what you have already bought is sent to you by email before it takes effect.

12. Law, and where a dispute is heard

Argentine law governs this agreement, and a dispute goes to the ordinary courts of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic.

If you are a consumer, none of that takes a right away from you. Law 24.240 on Consumer Protection applies, including your right to bring the matter before the courts of your own domicile, the right of revocation described in the Service Agreement, and the free complaints service of the national consumer authority at argentina.gob.ar/defensadelconsumidor.

13. The rest

If a clause here is found unenforceable, the rest stands, and not enforcing a rule once does not give it up. You may not hand your agreement with us to somebody else without our written consent; we may hand ours on if our business is transferred, and you may end the service if you would rather not follow it.
