Refund Policy

You may ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment to UniSoftCo, including a renewal, without giving a reason.

To ask, write to info@unisoftco.com from the email address you bought with, quoting your order number, or use the «Botón de arrepentimiento» on this site. We answer within 3 working days and return the money by the same means you paid with.

Exceptions: the registration fee of a domain name cannot be refunded once the domain has been registered, because the registry does not cancel a registration.

After 14 days, a renewal can still be stopped at any time from your panel; the service then continues until the end of the period already paid, and nothing more is charged.

Payments made by card through our reseller Paddle.com are refunded by Paddle, who is the merchant of record for those orders.

If you are a consumer, your legal right to revoke a purchase (article 34 of Law 24.240) applies in addition to this policy.
