Only if you switch it on; otherwise your staff enter the postings.
Can I charge for postings?
Optionally: paid publishing and paid featured places are built in, and off until you set a price.
Who can see a CV?
The seeker, the employer he applied to, and the staff you allow.
Does the site read my CV?
It reads the name, contact details and sections of a Word or PDF CV into a draft you correct before anything is saved.
