Events
Requests to hold an event, decided in order
People ask to hold a seminar, a concert or a talk. A hall is held on one shared calendar, your commission votes, its chair decides, and the applicant is told by email.

The request
What the applicant fills in
A form in clear steps
The applicant, the event, the documents, a preview, then send.
Sessions and halls
Each session with its date and hours; only free half-hours are offered.
One calendar with Bookings
A hall is held from the draft onwards, so two events never take it.
Your rules
How many days ahead, closed weekdays and dates, and opening hours.
Required documents
For every event, or only with a hall, a vehicle or a trip; kept private and checked by your staff.
My applications
Each applicant sees his number and status, and can withdraw.
How it works
From a request to a decision
You set it up
Event types, halls, required documents, closed days, and the commission that decides.
An applicant asks
He signs in, picks a free time, uploads the documents and sends.
Your commission decides
Members vote, the chair approves, refuses or asks for a correction, and the applicant is told by email.
Questions
Is this a calendar for visitors to browse?
No. It is for people who want to hold an event, and for those who decide.
Can two events take the same hall?
No. A hall is held per half hour on one calendar shared with Bookings.
Who decides?
A commission votes, then its chair decides; your office can decide or cancel at any point.
Is the applicant told?
Yes, by email, when a decision is made.
