Taking Your Site Away

One button, one file: every table as readable JSON and every picture you uploaded.
The question to ask any platform before you put five years of work into it is how you would get it out again. Here is the answer for this one.
What is in the file
Every table, one readable JSON file each, plus the folders of pictures and documents you uploaded. Readable by anything — a spreadsheet, a script, another platform. A site whose only copy of itself needs the same database engine and the same server is a site nobody can actually leave with.
What is deliberately not in it
No password and no key of any kind. Two tables are never exported at all, columns holding secrets are dropped by name so a new one is covered the day it is written, and the keys stored inside settings are blanked while the setting itself is kept, so you can still see what was configured.
Then the finished file is read back and searched, and a single password marker anywhere refuses the whole export rather than handing it over.
It is not the backup
The backup on the database screen is exact and restorable and stays on the server. This one is readable and comes down to you. You want both, for different days.
