You write it, it does not expire, and it holds what a company is: branches, opening hours with a state for "nobody has said", a map, a price list and reviews.

A member writes it, an administrator approves it before a stranger reads it, it has questions of its own per category — the year of a car, the rooms in a flat — and it ends. It ends in two different ways, and both matter: it expires on a date stamped when it was approved, and it can be marked sold, which is not the same fact.

Refusing needs a reason, on both sides, because moderation without one is a black hole and the member simply posts it again tomorrow.
